Vineland Hoop House

This project was done for someone who will need this house in early spring. It is a 30 foot wide by 95 foot long hoop house, using 5 foot centers and double poly ends.

Installing the Anchor posts is very important. If these aren't straight, then the house hoops won't be either. Sounds easy, but in practice it may not be for most. Our qualified team can do this for you, even if this is the only part that intimidates you from doing it yourself.



This shows the profile of the house. The A-frame house is designed for 2 things - great snow run-off, and high sides to make it easier to use the full span of the greenhouse without having to crouch down. This customer is particularly happy with how high the sides go, almost 6 ft in this particular installation.



Due to the anchor posts being installed by an experienced crew, these posts are lined up perfectly. Add to that our experienced manufacturing staff, who manufactured the hoops to be consistent in shape, and you get a great looking Hoop House.



Our clamps for the purlins and supports clamp onto the sides of the hoops, which adds strength and avoids wear on the plastic from a bolt-head should it need to go vertically through the hoop.



In this instance, we re-used the door of the house we replaced, saving the customer money. This is something we are more than happy to do, and the quality of this door was good enough to re-use, so why waste good quality materials?
